Our transport team were happy with the delivery location, and a specification for a custom built container was drawn up and approved. The final external measurements for the custom built container were L 12ft x W 5ft x H 6ft, it was repainted black with specialised container paint and due to it being used for an office, a window and door was required.

An aperture and a box frame was created, and a standard insulated, weatherproof single glazed sliding window (945mm x 945mm) with anti-vandal shutters was installed. This included finger bolts and stainless steel anti-knockout hinges. A tie back was also included to prevent the window from slamming, as well as a rain run-off strip above the window.

For the door, an aperture and a box frame was created. A standard insulated, weatherproof personnel door (W 910mm x H 2065mm including frame with a 90 degree opening of 710mm) was then installed. The door included a 10 point locking system with a 5 pin anti-drill Euro profile cylinder and full door furniture. Again, a tie back was included as well as a rain run-off strip above the door.

The delivery went very well, and our customer called to say how happy I am with your service and the overall product you delivered, the container is exactly what I wanted. The delivery driver was great also.
