We shunted a 20ft new (once shipped) container in blue RAL5013 to our conversions depot in Warrington. Our team there carried out some modification to the container which included installing 3mm steel durbar flooring.

The durbar was stitch welded to the container and the joints were sealed, the new flooring overlaid the original marine ply container floor. The durbar flooring was then painted with black chip resistant, 2 pack poly paint. We also installed a single personnel door to the container, high and low level louvre vents for air flow and a number of gland plates which would be used for installing the end users equipment.

The container was delivered to our client in Taunton for further works before its final trip to the end user.
