This container required a specific sized serving hatch, and an easy opening side door.

We contacted the client to discuss this enquiry further to make sure we were both on the same page. To further make sure, our client sent over a drawing of his required conversion, detailing all dimensions, and from this our sales team prepared a quotation. After further discussion and advice, the quotation was amended to include food safe lining, electrics, altro flooring and internal sockets. A CAD drawing was also prepared by us, to make sure we fully understood our clients’ requirements.

Our client discussed all of this with his client, and they approved with a few more additions. The final conversion was for a new 15ft custom built container, painted in blue RAL 5012, with an easy open personnel door, custom aperture and box section frame for the serving hatch. A set of extra cargo doors to open and close the serving hatch, and an attached serving shelf was also installed.

Delivery was to Manchester and it was turned around in 3-4 weeks.
