This enquiry came just at the right time, just in time for the Valentine’s weekend. Our solution is included below, along with some preliminary drawings.

Thank you very much for your enquiry, it will be a pleasure to assist you on your project, converting shipping containers into pop up shops is a great idea for local business’s to expand their products nationwide. As you mentioned in your enquiry, we have recently completed a
shop conversion for the Commonwealth Games. Here at Lion Containers we believe shipping containers are so flexible, that you can practically do whatever you want with the them, whether its being transported by air, road or sea these containers are smooth to transport and easy to site. These units are also stackable meaning that they take up considerably less space compared to conventionally constructed buildings. 

Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest days in the world, everybody hopes for a flower or maybe a secret admirer.  It’s a day where shops get busy for love and happiness, where people exchange flowers, cards and gifts with their ‘Valentine’. Well I can assure you have to come to the right place for your container conversions, I have taken the time to do a 3D drawing (not-to-scale) of how I perceive your project, this is my vision on how this exciting project would look like, once complete. As you can see we will convert three 20ft new (once shipped)
high cube containers into a portable pop up shop for the sale of your flowers.

Rest assured, your pop up flower shop conversion would be safe in the hands of our fabrications team who would cut an 8ft x 9ft 6in section out of container A and C, by removing the front panel and cargo door of container B, it will easily slot in-between the two containers. We will supply and fit double glazed patio doors, replacing the original cargo doors, this give easier access and a clear view for the beautiful flowers inside.  

Container B will be used for the storage and distribution of the flowers, as you can see in the 3D drawing, Galvanised steel
roller shutters will be installed with appropriate steel work and locking mechanisms, this will make life easier when loading up the vehicles that are delivering to the love birds. 

All three containers will be
ply lined with a melamine finish and insulated with Rockwool insulation, not only will this look good, it will reduce any moisture that may sneak into the shop.  We will fully kit the container out with all appropriate
electrics in order to keep it bright and engaging, I think LED Mood Spot Lights would be ideal to showcase your flowers for sale. High Level Tube Heaters which are time controlled and thermostats would be fitted to ensure that you never have to worry about the flowers having too much or not enough heat or light.

To make the containers as beautiful as roses, we will prepare,
mask and paint all three containers to RAL 3020 which is a beautiful valentine red giving a vibrant valentines days look and an attractive bright colour which will market the sale of your flowers perfectly.
