The Lion team have been on the road throughout the year at some of the UK’s biggest agricultural and construction trade shows. We closed off the week with our final show of the year – the Movers and Storers Show.

The Movers and Storers show is the central hub for the self-storage industry, with exhibitors across the storage and removals industry showcasing the latest in product and service innovation..

The two-day show ran from Tuesday 22nd – Wednesday 23rd November in the NAEC in Stoneleigh. The Movers and Storers provides a niche networking event for employees, businesses, and self starters within the self-storage industry and is central hub for key organisations within the
construction industry, such as Self-Storage Association UK. The show featured over 50 exhibition stands, informative seminars and a Packer of the Year competition which challenged exhibitors with a race against the clock to see how many [of a huge pile of] boxes they could fit into a wooden storage container.

Our sales team engaged in many conversations throughout the two days with the Dollhouse causing many to stop in their tracks at the entrance. The Dollhouse exhibition emphasises the versatility of shipping containers by showcasing our standard, self-storage units to bespoke workspaces conversions.
