A good thing about containers is that you are only restricted by your creativity. We offer many ways to give your container that personal touch.

A lot of people will get their container
painted a colour to match the site where the container will be placed. Some people might even have it painted their favourite colour. One school had their container painted bright white so they could use it as a canvas for the kids to enjoy. 

Some have had
windows installed onto their containers. Most people who have windows installed will use their container as a home office. It’s nice to have windows just to provide a natural light source, rather than relying on artificial lighting. You could even have the container made into a personal garage. You can install some roller shutters instead of having a standard door to give it the appearance of a garage. Shutter doors have also been used to establish serving facilities, such as a food stall. 

If you plan it big enough, you could construct a mini house. You can get a container painted internally as well as externally, so you can have different colours inside and out! You can have doors fitted to your container to make it look more like a house, rather than a container. You could even make it a two story house by placing some
stairs inside the container and having another container above it! You can have electrics fitted inside to sit and watch TV with a cup of tea. You can even get a toilet installed, so you wouldn’t have to leave.
